iPAB: Plan a Business’ (iPAB) competition for Year 10 and 11 students.

Victoria University’s ‘I Plan a Business’ (iPAB) competition offers your Year 10 and 11  students the chance to apply their skills and plan their own business or social enterprise.

iPAB is a great way to get students working individually or in teams and to build on their business management studies to plan a novel, sustainable enterprise. A student or group may decide to make part or all of their entry multimedia!.

Victoria University says that business teachers whose students have participated in past years say iPAB is a great way for students to explore essential elements of the business management curriculum in new and interesting ways.

Winner of the 2016 competition, Maddison Cottle, developed her innovative business idea, DriveThru Chemist, which uses a click-and-collect app to facilitate fast, easy collection of prescriptions. Past winner Jacqueline Healy said, “Winning this competition has inspired me to continue studying business after school. By giving me a context to link all the business aspects I learnt in class, I scored an A+ for the year!”

The competition is open!
