VCTA 2013 PD Calendar
VCTA has an evolving year-long professional learning program for 2013. Included are VCTA member favourites such as preparing for VCE Units 1 to 4, exam feedback, the annual economic update, the Comview Conference... and then there are new programs such as the VCE Business Management Update series (available online).
The VCTA PD calendar is constantly updated as the year unravels. Below is a list of key dates for 2013 - many more will be added during the year including on the Australian Curriculum.
As the date of each event draws near just go to the VCTA home page and view REGISTER to see which programs are currently open for registration. And if you have a query call VCTA on 03 9417 3555.

- Sat 16 Feb: VCE studies Units 1 and 3 for teachers new to the subject (Acc, BM, Eco, Legal), Vic Uni. REGISTRATIONS OPEN
- Wed 20 Feb: Exam and Assessment, Moonee Valley (includes webiinar option for BM) REGISTRATIONS OPEN
- Tues 26 Feb: Exam and Assessment Moorabbin (includes webiinar option for Legal Studies) REGISTRATIONS OPEN
- Thurs 9 May: VCTA AGM, Collingwood
- Thurs16 May: Federal budget review - date and location to be confirmed
- July: Underway in Unit 4 (Acc, BM, Eco, Legal) - two dates and locations to be confirmed
- Fri 23 August: Economic Update
- Wed 28 August: CPA Aust PYOE Competitions entries closing date
- Tues 4 Sept Exam prep (Acc, BM, Eco, Legal)
- Sat 7 and Sun 8 Sept: VCE student lectures (Acc, BM, Eco, Legal)
- Mon 16 Sept: Comview regos open
- Mon 25 and Tues 26 Nov: Comview Victoria University, 300 Flinders St, Melbourne
