Each Unit of the newly accredited VCE Accounting study design 2012-16 includes outcomes that require the use of ICT by students.
The use of word processing software alone does not allow students to demonstrate the skills to be developed across Units 1 to 4

As stated in the Accounting study design (page 15) “The knowledge and use of spreadsheets is important for students and should be integrated throughout units 1 to 4.”

This after-school professional learning program will provide participants with a range of approaches to the use of excel in VCE Accounting.

NOTE: this session is a repeat of the session presented at VCTA's annual Comview Conference in 2011.

THE PRESENTER
Belinda Pearson teaches VCE Accounting at Casey Grammar School. Prior to this Belinda taught at Wellington Secondary College. Belinda has presented at a number of VCTA programs including at VCTA’s annual Comview Conference.
