From surviving to thriving in VCE Economics Units 1 & 3
The program is inclusive of both Units 1 and 3 and offers the opportunity for teachers new to the subject to:
- participate in a workshop on SAC setting and marking
- benefit from support in surviving the first years of teaching the study
- receive and discuss course timelines, ideas for the classroom and resource suggestions
- be informed by colleagues experienced in teaching VCE Economics
- receive first round offers to participate in a new year long online network for Economic teachers mentored by an experienced teacher (see note in orange below : An optional extra)

Participants in the Surviving to Thriving program on 18 February will be invited to register separately for a new online Economics 2012 network led by an experienced Economics teacher. Further information including fees will be made available on Saturday 18 February. This offer will first be made to attendees of the Sat 18 Feb program.
